  Good food for good price! Drive all the way from douglasville just to get captain D's! Fresh and hot food as always

  The food is always good, but the people who work there need to adjust their listening skills.  The last three times I went to the drive thru, I had to repeat several times what I wanted and then when I got my food it wasn't what I ordered.  One time I got corn which I am highly allergic to, I tried to give it back so it wasn't touching or near my other food, but the girl shut the window in my face like I wasn't even talking.  Earlier this week I went there and was so frustrated with attempting to place my order and the rudeness of the window employee I drove off and did without.  I love Captain D's and have tried many times to be patient with this location, but the failure to pay attention makes me want to stab myself in the throat to see if they notice...needless to say, I avoid this location now.

  Well now, where do I start. The people that work there are nice! It would be great if they could buy this business and fix it up. First glacé of the outside appearance I hot a feeling about what the inside would be like.  This Captain D's needs an overhaul! My grilled white was really good. The bed of rice it rested on was uneaten because it was hard as rocks. The green beans and slaw tasted fine but the bread was old

  This restaurant is actually located on Floyd Rd not Mableton Pkwy to be exact. Once you cross over the street name change. Captain D's is one of my simple favorites. With many of the locations shutting down this one seems to be doing well. Many times is a lengthy wait but I just assume the food is being cooked fresh to order. The prices are reasonable and many times I have a coupon as well. On this cost I ordered the fish and shrimp dinner with steamed broccoli and fries. I went to the drive-thru and waited a few moments due to no one saying anything in the intercom(typical). Depending on the direction this place can be difficult to turn into and leaving. They recently reconstructed the area but it's still a little difficult. The price for this meal was $7.83. The window person/cashier greeted me and asked did I need any sauce and I was on my way.

  Last three times at the drive through we were greatly disappointed in the food. Two orders we were missing items and wrong items.  The last time yesterday the lobster rolls had very little lobster sauce and were mainly bread. The lobster bites were over cooked and hard with no sauce and the lobster scampi had little sauce and was a little bitter tasting. Nothing was really edible. I called the manager and was told that was the new directions for the restaurants from corporate. That was our last trip here and they can keep their new horrible standards for food. Avoid this location.
